I see you are based in Surrey...How far do you come? We cover the whole of Surrey, East & West Sussex & Kent.
My area is not listed on your areas page but would love to have a party, are you still able to help? It would depend on where you are as to whether we can help. Please contact us.
What days of the week are parties available? 7 days of the week except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day.
How far in advance should I book? It is advisable to book your party as early as possible to avoid disappointment, especially if it is a weekend day that you require.
Do you charge more on a bank holidays? No.
Is there an age limit on your parties? It really depends on the party you would like. Our party packages have been specifically designed for girls & boys of varying ages from 3-17yrs
How many of my friends can I have? It depends on the type of party booked - Some parties have a minimum and maximum number.
Do I have to pay a deposit? Yes. A deposit of £40 is required to secure all bookings and must be paid at the time of booking.

Do you accept credit cards? Yes. Please visit our Booking and Payment page
How long do your parties last? Depending on the party type and how many guests you have, anything from 1-3hrs.
Do you colour hair? Yes but it is temporary colour and washes out. On lighter hair the colour may take more than one wash.
My child would like a party but she / he wants a bit from each party. Are your parties set packages or can I mix and match.? Yes. To tailor make your party Contact us on 01303 298377 with your requirements and we will be more than happy to accommodate you where possible.
What are travel charges? Travel charges are charged on all parties and are purely based on mileage and the time it takes for us to travel to the locality given at the time of booking. We will always try to offer you availability with your closest branch.
